How it works
Tell us who you sent
When you recommend one of our homes to someone, email us their name and arrival date before their check-in date.
Get paid after check-out
Once the guest has checked out, we pay you 5% of their booking by bank transfer.

Programme terms
- The commission is 5% of the total value of the stay paid by the guest in euros (nightly rate and cleaning fee), excluding the security deposit hold and the municipal tourist tax.
- Only direct bookings count: made on superior.rentals, by email or by phone. Bookings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or other platforms are not covered.
- Email us the name on the booking and the arrival date before the guest's check-in date. If two partners refer the same guest, the first to tell us receives the commission.
- Guests who have stayed with us before and your own stays are not covered.
- We pay within 30 days of the guest's check-out, once we have your invoice or receipt. If the booking is cancelled or the stay does not take place, there is no commission; after a partial refund, the commission is calculated on the amount we keep.
- We pay in euros by SEPA bank transfer, or by Wise for partners outside the euro zone.
- Either side can end the partnership at any time; commissions on guests already declared are still paid under these terms.
- The link exchange and the commission are independent: you can take part in one without the other.
