Good to know before booking
Our team will greet you at the property and provide a comprehensive tour of the apartment and building amenities. You'll receive keys and we'll also share our comprehensive welcome guide with local recommendations.
Persistent complaints may lead to eviction and forfeiture of all payments.
Exterior renovation works are currently taking place at the condominium, and scaffolding has been installed along the façade. As a result, the balcony is temporarily unavailable, and some daytime noise or dust may occur. The apartment interior, pool and gardens remain fully functional.
Check-in details
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be arranged subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you expect to arrive earlier.
Checkout details
Checkout must be completed by 12:00 PM (midday) at the latest. Please ensure the property is left in a tidy condition. Late checkouts are not guaranteed and depend on the time of arrival of the next guests, please contact us in advance if you need a later departure.
Security deposit
A €300 pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure, provided no damage or exceptional issues are identified.
Ongoing renovation works
The building façade is currently undergoing renovation works to ensure the condominium remains in excellent condition. As part of this process, scaffolding has been installed in certain parts of the building, and guests may notice some dust in the surrounding areas. While every effort is being made to minimise disruption, please be aware that daytime noise may occur during the restoration works. Guests who are particularly sensitive to construction environments, such as those with dust or intermittent noise, may experience inconvenience.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom is exclusive for parties of 3 or more guests. Smaller groups may use it for an additional €25/night, payable at check-in.
No smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the unit. There are designated smoking areas on the ground floor of the building. Violation of this policy will result in a minimum €150 deep cleaning fee deducted from your security deposit.
Pet policy
We love pets, but unfortunately, this apartment does not allow animals due to building regulations and to accommodate guests with allergies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
Noise policy
Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We ask all guests to respect quiet hours out of consideration for neighbors. Parties or events are not permitted in the apartment.
