A proper apartment to live in Lisbon for a few days or a few weeks, not a room to sleep in.
A bedroom, a river, no compromises on space
An upper floor in a residential condominium on the Tagus riverfront in Parque das Nações: 60 m², a bedroom for two adults and a sofa bed for two children, large panoramic windows, air conditioning in every room, 500 Mbps fibre, a lift and 24-hour security.
Live normally
A full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a Nespresso machine, a desk for the days you work, and a supermarket, a pharmacy and the Vasco da Gama shopping centre a few minutes away.
The river, wall to wall
The cable car and the Vasco da Gama bridge fill the view, with the river between the apartment and the waterfront promenade.
Two metro stops from the airport
Oriente station is a five-minute walk: metro to the airport, direct trains to Sintra, the historic centre in around 20 minutes. MEO Arena, the FIL and the Oceanário on foot.

This apartment is very well located and has very good security with a fully manned reception and security door. Great facilities, well equipped, very good internet, and with clear instructions from the host it made for a seamless stay. Would highly recommend.
It was the perfect base for me, my wife and our 10-month-old baby. Miguel provided us with a high chair and a cot, the area itself was very baby friendly, flat streets were easy to navigate with the pram, and you could use the nearby metro to the city centre.
The apartment was great and matched the photos exactly. Really good location, we were able to walk to get groceries. The host was friendly, responsive, and proactive. Would definitely stay over again.

Questions before you book
How does booking direct work?
You book on our secure checkout and deal with the owner before, during and after your stay. Book 60 days or more ahead and only €1 is charged now; the balance is charged 59 days before check-in. Cancel up to 60 days before check-in and it is 100% refundable.
Where to stay in Lisbon?
For a first visit, anywhere on the metro with a quiet night. Parque das Nações is the riverside district built for Expo 98: wide pavements, gardens along the Tagus, the Oceanário and the MEO Arena, and Oriente station next door, with the metro to the airport in a few minutes, direct trains to Sintra on most departures and the historic centre in around 20 minutes.
Is Lisbon safe?
Yes. Portugal ranks among the safest countries in Europe, and Lisbon's main nuisance is pickpockets on the tram 28 and at the crowded viewpoints. Parque das Nações is a modern residential district, calm at night, and the apartment sits on a high floor of a modern residential building.
Is Lisbon by the sea, and can I swim?
Lisbon sits on the Tagus estuary, not the open sea: the apartment's views are of the river. The Atlantic beaches of Cascais and Costa da Caparica are about 40 minutes away by car and around an hour by public transport, and make an easy day at the beach from the city.
How many days do you need in Lisbon?
Three full days cover the historic centre, Belém and an evening in Parque das Nações; add a fourth for Sintra and a fifth for Cascais or the Arrábida coast. The apartment is set up for two adults, with room for two children, and works well for a week that mixes the city with day trips.
Found the same dates cheaper on Booking.com or Airbnb?
Message us before you pay and we will match it. Our direct rates sit below the platforms because there is no commission in between; if a promotion there beats us, we honour the lower price.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out are often possible on request, subject to availability. Message us on WhatsApp before your stay and we will do our best.
